The company was incorporated on September 21, 1966 and named Teck Seng & Co., (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. with its office located in Kuala Lumpur. Then, the name was changed to Teck Seng Machinery (M) Sdn Bhd on September 7, 1987.

Today, the company has its head office located in Kuala Lumpur. Besides, it also established one subsidiary in Johor Bahru, and one branch in Alor Setar as the extended arms of the head office to provide closer and better services to the customers in the Southern and Northern region of Malaysia.

After being in the business of more than fifty years, we has accumulated valuable experience in the field of agricultural and industrial machinery. This experience is consistently dissolved into the company's spirit for continuous improvement of our product quality and services reliability.
